"It was a prank that got out of hand," said Kimberly Police Sgt. Steve Bailey. "I know they're adults, but they're young adults. When I was 18, I didn't know I was an adult."
[NO Sgt. Bailey, it was not a prank. A prank is rolling a yard with toilet paper. A prank is not stealing thousands of dollars worth of Christmas decorations from poor people.]

Up to 20 members of two fraternities at Samford University face school disciplinary action after lawn decorations from across at least three Jefferson County communities disappeared in the days after Thanksgiving.
Kimberly police on patrol stopped 10 students on Dec. 2. Stolen decorations from Kimberly and Warrior were recovered, and police turned the matter over to Samford officials.
(The Birmingham News has obligingly closed the comments sections on that article so that these rich white men will get a free pass for their thievery. The police kicked things off by allowing the rich white Southern Baptist to get away with their crime. Stealing a few decorations? No. They wiped out 3 communities, 2 of them poor.
The administration at Samford is so far giving these rich white men a pass also, because that what Southern Baptist do.)
Bless your heart ... that's all you got?
ReplyDeleteGive her time. As corrupt as most Southern Baptist are, they'll be another SBC crime along shortly.
