First Baptist Church in Morgan City youth pastor Mitchell J. Rousse arrested, charges of using the Internet to solicit sex with a minor

"Kenner police have arrested a Morgan City youth minister on charges of using the Internet to solicit sex with a minor and to transmit pictures of his penis. Mitchell J. Rousse, 32, of Patterson was booked Wednesday with computer-aided solicitation for sexual purposes and three counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile."
