Some pundits proposed that Jerry Falwell would be aghast, but lets remember that Falwell is largely responsible for the current Christian mindset that sucking up to those in power is really the way to go.
But the bigger question facing us today is what about Mitt Romney? Is he really against homosexual marriage or is it just a convenient ploy designed to appeal to the lemmings that make up the GOP's "Christian Right?"
Examine Mitt Romney's record. He always been very pro-homosexual. To wit:

So not only is Romney lying now about his beliefs, this also means he was never a good Mormon. And if a man will betray his religion, he'll sure betray the people who elect him.
